Wayne leads the Business Development group for DHL/Exel in North America. His team develops value added solutions across the entire supply chain for companies in the Pharmaceutical, BioPharma, Consumer Healthcare and Medical Device space. Prior to assuming his Business Development responsibilities, Wayne led the Contracts Management group for the Americas. Before joining DHL/Exel, Wayne worked for Ernst & Young LLP where he obtained his Certified Public Accounting designation and was subsequently a successful entrepreneur starting up several venture capital backed companies.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
